Kiyo 中文

Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 11, 2026 · Kiyo Wallet is operated by Serene Technologies Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) ("Serene", "we").
The short version: Kiyo is a self-custody wallet. Your private keys and recovery phrases are generated and stored on your side — they never touch our servers and we could not read them if we tried. We collect the minimum needed to sign you in: your email address. We do not sell data, run ads, or track you across other apps.

1. What we collect

2. What we never collect

3. The blockchain is public

Wallet addresses and transactions are recorded on public blockchains (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana). This is how blockchains work and is outside anyone's control — including ours. Treat your addresses as pseudonymous, not anonymous.

4. Service providers

We share data with no one else. We do not sell or rent personal data.

5. Where your data lives, and for how long

Account data is stored by our service providers on infrastructure in secure data centres. We keep it for as long as your account exists.

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Account → Delete account. This permanently erases your sign-in methods and account data. Because Kiyo is non-custodial, deleting your account does not move or destroy on-chain assets — they remain accessible to whoever holds the backed-up keys, which is why the app requires you to confirm your backups first.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including Singapore's PDPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@kiyowallet.com.

8. Children

Kiyo is not directed at children and may not be used by anyone under 18.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date. Material changes will be announced in the app.
